Volunteers Needed!

Harvest Festival is here and we need your help!

There are several places to help out to make this a FUN time enjoyed by all!!

We will need volunteers to set up, sell concessions, work admissions, coupons, games, attractions, and tear down/clean up. 

10 Free tickets may be picked up at the gym for volunteers!

Please see how you can arrange your evening to not only enjoy the night, but to also help out somewhere listed in the signup.

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (event hours) at McNeil Elementary on Saturday November 4, 2023.

Don’t have time to volunteer? Or just love giving sweet things?

We are seeking donated pre-packaged baked goods for our infamous Cake Walk for the Harvest Festival. Cakes, pies, cookies, brownies! Baked goods should be fully covered in pre-packaged disposable packaging. Drop off your pre-packaged baked good (labeled with your student’s name and teacher) Friday morning 11/3/2023 and get 5 FREE Game Coupons in exchange.
